Part 1 · Question 1

Is there a meal that your family or friends often share?

Answer directly, then add a reason or a small personal example. You do not need to fill every second.

After speaking, type what you remember saying or paste your own transcript. This manual reconstruction is checked only for visible text patterns. Optional automatic transcripts belong to individual recordings below.

Your recordings

Audio stays in this tab unless you choose Transcribe or Save review and recordings. Transcribe sends one take to Cloudflare for speech recognition without keeping its audio. Save review and recordings keeps the captured audio and text in your private account. Save current text review keeps text only. Download unsaved work before leaving, refreshing or changing sets. Removing a take here does not delete an earlier saved copy.

Optional English transcription shares daily and per-network AI attempt limits with writing tools. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC. Failed attempts count. Recording does not use an AI attempt; nothing uploads automatically.

No recordings yet. Use Record answer on any answer step, or practise aloud without recording.

Self-review and next practice

Listen to your recordings, or reflect on your unrecorded answers. This is your own review, not an AI assessment or IELTS band score. Your selections create a local practice order, not an automated evaluation.

Fluency and coherence

Can I follow the answer without losing the main idea?

Up to 1,000 characters · page-only unless you save a text review

Try next: Choose one answer. Retell it in three connected steps: point, explanation, example. Notice pauses that interrupt meaning, rather than trying to remove every pause.

Vocabulary

Did my word choices express the meaning I intended?

Up to 1,000 characters · page-only unless you save a text review

Try next: Find two vague or repeated phrases. Replace them with accurate everyday wording, then explain the same idea a second way without memorising a script.

Grammar

Did I use suitable sentence forms and time references?

Up to 1,000 characters · page-only unless you save a text review

Try next: Listen for a repeated tense or agreement problem. Say three corrected sentences aloud, then connect one with because, although or if where the meaning fits.

Pronunciation

Would a listener understand my key words without strain?

Up to 1,000 characters · page-only unless you save a text review

Try next: Pick one sentence. Mark its important words, divide it into meaningful groups, and record it again at a comfortable pace. Aim for clarity, not a particular accent.

Keep a private review

Save notes, self-ratings and transcripts to Cloudflare. Choose text only, or explicitly upload the current recordings too. No AI is used by saving. Up to 50 reviews and 100 recordings (200 MB) are kept; older work is never removed automatically.
