Your writing task
Many adults would like to exercise more but rarely take part in local sports activities. Why might this happen, and what could communities do to increase participation?

Possible causes: fixed session times, cost or fear of joining an established group can discourage beginners. Develop one or two barriers instead of assuming lack of interest.
Matched response: low-cost beginner sessions at varied times could reduce both financial and confidence barriers. Explain how residents would discover the programme.

- Introduction: identify the issue and the two parts of the question.
- Body 1: explain the requested problems or causes; do not substitute one for the other.
- Body 2: propose specific measures and explain how each addresses a problem or cause above.

Choose language that fits your meaning. You do not need to include every phrase.
